Approved campaign preparation

Collatavo organizes customer-supplied, customer-approved artwork into production-ready PDF packages, reconciled quantities, and delivery manifests. The customer remains responsible for artwork ownership, content accuracy, final approval, printing, and physical distribution.

The $79 pilot covers the published qualifying scope. Work outside that scope requires a separate written approval. Changes after final approval may require a new review and fee.

Cancellation and refunds

Resolve issues before release

Contact billing@collatavo.com promptly if you need to cancel. A payment may be refunded before the final files are released. After release, fees are non-refundable except for a duplicate charge or Collatavo’s failure to deliver the agreed package. We will correct a verified preparation error at no additional charge.

Privacy

Information used to complete the work

Collatavo uses contact, campaign, artwork, quantity, and payment-related information to review, prepare, deliver, support, and account for an order. Stripe processes card payments; Collatavo does not store complete card numbers. We do not sell customer information.

We retain business records and working files only as needed for service delivery, support, accounting, security, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email support@collatavo.com.
