Are my PDFs uploaded?+
No. The checker reads your files inside your browser on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, stored or sent while it checks them, and closing the page discards the results.
Why does it say “no bleed detected”?+
The PDF does not mark an area beyond the trim size, usually because it has no TrimBox and BleedBox or was exported without bleed. That is fine for artwork with a white border. Artwork that prints to the edge usually needs about 0.125 in (3 mm) of bleed, added in the design file.
Will Collatavo add bleed or fix fonts?+
No. Adding bleed, artwork repair and design are outside the $79 package. Correct them in your source files, export again and re-check before you start.
What counts as a single-page source PDF?+
One final, approved design per PDF file, one page long. The $79 package takes up to 10 of them. A multi-page PDF can be exported as separate single-page files, which count toward the 10-file limit, or quoted separately.
How is the assembled page estimate calculated?+
Locations or recipients multiplied by the total pages in your source PDFs, assuming every location receives every page. Your quantity spreadsheet sets the final count, and the package covers up to 250 assembled output pages.
Does a passing result guarantee my project qualifies?+
No. The checker reads what a PDF can show. Stock, single-sided printing, deadline and your printer's requirements are confirmed in the eligibility check, and files are reviewed again after upload.
