What partners send

Collatavo prepares finished artwork. It does not design, edit, retouch, color-correct or add bleed, so files should arrive final and approved by your client.
One quantity spreadsheet
A row for each location or recipient (up to 10) with the version it receives and the quantity.
The receiving printer’s specs
Finished size, stock and single-sided output, confirmed with the press that will run the job.
Your job reference
The name or number you use internally, so the package matches your own order records.
What you get back
A package your team can check and hand off.

Who receives the files and the proof?
The partner who places the project. Collatavo sends the upload link, proof and final package to the purchaser email on the order.
Can you take work bigger than the $79 package?
Yes, as a custom quote. Use /start with the full project totals and larger or different work is routed for a separate quote before payment.
Can you fix files my client sends?
No. Design, editing, retouching, color correction and adding bleed are outside Collatavo’s service. If an input fails validation, we identify the issue before preparation begins so you can get a corrected file.
Does Collatavo print or ship?
No. Collatavo prepares production-ready PDFs, a quantity reconciliation and a digital manifest, then delivers them electronically to you or your printer. Your printer handles physical production and delivery.
How long does it take?
Your completion date is confirmed after payment and file review. Most qualifying projects take one to three business days after file acceptance, depending on workload.
