Can you translate or edit a notice for each school?
No. Collatavo does not create or edit content, so each school version, including any translated version, should arrive as its own final, approved PDF.
What information should we not send?
Do not upload student records, passwords, card data or other unrelated sensitive information. Collatavo needs only the final artwork and a quantity sheet.
Does Collatavo print or ship?
No. Collatavo prepares production-ready PDFs, a quantity reconciliation and a digital manifest, then delivers them electronically to you or your printer. Your printer handles physical production and delivery.
How long does it take?
Your completion date is confirmed after payment and file review. Most qualifying projects take one to three business days after file acceptance, depending on workload.
